help i am a mother of 3 with a severly disabled husband who requires lots of care and medical attention one of my children is also on oxygen. I can't get help from welfare since they count income on before tax and it doesn't matter what you pay out. I don't make enough to buy enough food for the family.medicine and doctors make me pay more than i can to keep treatment going on son and spouse we have no family or anywhere to go for help my children need clothes since what they have is to small. if i could just get a loan or something paid off past doctor bill maybe the stress would decrease and the hopeless situation would seem better.
